I want you to love your painting. If it isn’t right, here is what to do.

Changing your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Just email studio@georgelockyer.com, then send the work back within 14 days.

Return postage is paid by you. Please return originals in their original crate or packaging, tracked and insured for full value, ideally with a fine art courier I approve. I can arrange the courier and deduct the cost from your refund. I may reduce a refund if the work comes back damaged or handled beyond normal inspection.

Your refund

I refund you within 14 days of receiving the work back, or of proof you have sent it if sooner, to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty

If a work arrives damaged, is faulty or isn’t as described, email me with photos. I will repair, replace or refund it and cover all costs. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Commissions

Commissions are made to your specification, so the 14 day change of mind right does not apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)).
